Jeff Selingo has a great, inspirational article up about an institution getting innovative using information sitting in its databases to find real ways to help their students. It has created a WIN WIN situation for Georgia State and their students. The University has been able to improve their retention and graduation rates. And GSU students are better able to afford to stay in school and graduate. Heads-up higher ed!
