COCM (Capstone On-campus Management) has been selected to manage Campus View at Highline College in Des Moines, Washington. Developed specifically to meet the needs of Highline’s diverse student body, including a growing international student population, this student housing community opened in January and will enter its first full year of service in Fall 2019.
COCM will provide full turn-key management services for Campus View, including facility maintenance and management, capital planning, financial services, marketing, and leasing. COCM will also design and implement a comprehensive residence life and student development program for Campus View, which brings student housing to Highline College for the first time.

This adds a new dimension to student life and COCM is the right partner to serve our diverse student body,” said Josh Gerstman, Executive Director of the Highline College Foundation.

With the addition of this community, COCM now manages 35,573 beds in 53 communities on 40 campuses, strengthening its position as the nation’s top provider of third-party, on-campus student housing management services.
