COCM is led by veterans of the student housing industry, covering every facet of on-campus student housing:  from operations to development, construction, accounting, finance, and an array of student services.

We believe our site and home office personnel must have strong leadership and support to excel in what they do each day.  That’s why our involvement in every on-campus partnership starts with the board of directors, resulting in a multi-level support structure for site personnel.  The result: remarkable services to our residents, university stakeholders, and owners.

The majority of our senior leadership has experience in residential life. This enables them to speak the language, understand the inner workings of the university setting, and offer creative options from varied experiences around the country. They have an unprecedented breadth and depth of experience and insight regarding student housing and the critical services which support it — from marketing and leasing to dining and parking services, as well as financial aid. We believe in having direct involvement — as needed — in every partnership, from our corporate leadership to our site staff.
