Capstone On-campus Expands West Coast Portfolio With Addition Of The Daumier At Western University

Capstone On-Campus Management (“COCM”) was recently selected to assume management of The Daumier at Western University, a graduate student apartment community on the campus of Western University of Health Sciences, in Pomona, California. The Daumier is owned by Provident Resources Group, a national non-profit organization, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Located on the Western University Esplanade, The Daumier provides apartment style living arrangements in studio, one, and two bedroom units. The recently completed community offers amenities such as a fitness and business centers, coffee bar, concierge, study lounges, yoga room, resort style pool, complimentary laundry facilities, pet-friendly units, and dedicated parking. Various community events and activities are also offered. The Daumier focuses on enhancing the Western students’ ability to study hard, live well, and have absolute convenience.

With the addition of The Daumier, COCM now serves three campuses on the west coast (1,075 beds) and 25,253 beds at 28 campuses nationwide.
