In the common data set, this data can be found in Section F: Student Life. The first table (F1) is where you’ll find the row, “Percent who live in college-owned, -operated, or -affiliated housing”. The number you’ll enter on this step, will be in the “Undergraduates” column.

If this number is not available from your institution’s Common Data Set, you will need to contact one of the following departments: housing, enrollment management, institutional research.
