Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Towson University

Salary Range: $12.00 to $13.00 Hourly


Responsible for overall cleanliness of the interior of building(s).  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cleans rooms, halls, stairways, elevators,
    laundry rooms, corridors, and all common areas. 
  • Cleans vacant rooms as needed. 
  • Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor. 
  • Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and
  • Dusts furniture. 
  • Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. 
  • Washes windows, door panels, and sills. 
  • Empties wastebaskets. 
  • Replenishes bathroom supplies. 
  • Picks up debris inside building(s). 
  • Other duties as assigned.
